Swipht Rating System

The Swipht Rating System is a "one of a kind" rating scale based solely on how businesses and patrons respect each others time.

Every booking is finished with a rating request asking if the scheduling aspect of your business transaction was respected.

Swipht defines time respected as:

• Customer showed up within a reasonable time in relation to the scheduled appointment.
• Business was ready to conduct business within a reasonable time in relation to the scheduled appointment.
• If customer cancelled, the customer did so within a courteous and reasonable time in relation to the scheduled appointment.
• If business cancelled, the business did so within a courteous and reasonable time in relation to the scheduled appointment.

Unlike most rating systems, a less than stellar mark from a business transaction doesn't stay forever. Each patron/business rating score is an average of that patrons/business's most recent bookings. Our rating system is intended to connect businesses and patrons that generally respect each others valuable time.

The Swipht Rating System and Swipht Patronize System, together, are intended to connect patrons and businesses that enjoy doing business together while leaving out the negative aspects of conventional rating systems.

Patrons can follow each business for scheduling and content updates.

Patron Access

Patrons, or users looking for services, have free access to all patron features.

Patron features include:

• Unlimited searching for services.
• Following businesses for scheduling and content updates.

Business Access

There are two business membership types:

• Basic
• Premium

Basic Membership (FREE to list | $3.25 per booked appointment | $0.65 per booked appointment with followers)

Basic Membership only requires that you have a business to list and allows you to test the platform with no risk. As a business owner, you do not pay until Swipht has brought a customer in your door.

Basic Membership benefits include:

• Pay as you go for booked appointments.
• Business is still listed if no other businesses have not posted openings.

Premium Membership ($39.99 per month)

Once your business is seeing traffic from Swipht, switch to the Premium Membership for extra benefits.
